At Srikanth Enterprises, we take pride in delivering high-quality precision engineering, automation solutions, and turnkey projects. Since each project involves customized planning, materials procurement, and skilled labor, our refund policy reflects the nature of industrial services. We encourage clients to review project scopes and sign clear agreements before commencement.
This policy applies to all service engagements, product sales (e.g., machined components, automation parts), and deposits made toward custom manufacturing. It works in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and specific project contracts.
If you decide to cancel a project after signing a Service Agreement or Work Order, the following cancellation charges apply based on the stage of work:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to projects@srikanthenterprises.in. Verbal cancellations are not considered valid.
We reserve the right to cancel a project if:
For off-the-shelf industrial components, tools, or stocked items (not custom-manufactured):
For engineering consulting, feasibility studies, or automation design services:
Many large-scale industrial projects require an advance deposit (typically 30-50% of contract value). In case of project abandonment by client without valid reason, the deposit is non-refundable as it secures design, engineering hours, and material booking. However, if Srikanth Enterprises fails to commence work within agreed timelines (due to our fault), the full deposit will be refunded within 10 business days.
To initiate a refund or cancellation, please follow these steps:
If a product or component fails due to manufacturing defects within the warranty period (12 months from delivery unless otherwise specified), we will repair or replace it free of charge. If repair is not feasible, we will issue a pro-rated refund. Defective items must be returned to our Pune facility after obtaining a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Shipping costs for warranty claims are borne by Srikanth Enterprises within India.
If a refund dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt amicable negotiation. If unresolved, the matter will be referred to mediation in Pune, India, before any legal proceedings. All refund claims shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune.
Refunds typically take 10-15 business days after approval. International transfers may take longer.
Third-party payment gateway fees, bank charges, and currency conversion costs may be deducted from refunds.
