3. Services & Project Engagement

3.1 Quotations & Proposals

All estimates, quotations, and project proposals provided by Srikanth Enterprises are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing and scope of work will be detailed in a separate Service Agreement or Work Order signed by both parties.

3.2 Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete information regarding project requirements, site conditions, and technical specifications. Delays caused by incomplete or erroneous client information may affect timelines and costs.

3.3 Revisions & Cancellations

Any changes to the agreed scope must be documented via change orders. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of project execution (design, procurement, or manufacturing). Please refer to your specific contract.

4. Payments, Invoicing & Taxes

Payment terms are stipulated in individual agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 15 days of receipt. Overdue payments may accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law. Clients are responsible for all applicable taxes (GST, VAT, or other levies). Srikanth Enterprises reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Srikanth Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our website, products, or engineering services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.

All engineering solutions and products are provided "as is" with standard warranties defined in the specific service agreement. For manufactured components, we offer a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from delivery, unless otherwise agreed. The warranty excludes damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
